Pokhara: Votes counting in Pokhara was paused for some time over the controversy. The controversy erupted after the CPN-UML raised questions saying that there were too many representatives of the coalition parties during the counting of votes.

Tej Narayan Adhikari, district vice-chairman of the CPN-UML, accused the ward chairperson of Nepali Congress Pokhara-7 of trying to assault him.
