Two injured in paragliding accident in Pokhara

Two foreign nationals paragliding have been injured when they met with an accident here Tuesday.

Chinese pilot Ales Wikarin,50, and passenger seven-year-old Yang Gowanji from Singapore were injured when their para glider got stuck on a power cable wire, in course of landing on the bank of the Fewa lake. They had taken off from Sarangkot in ward no. 18 of Pokhara metropolis.

They are undergoing treatment at Manipal Teaching Hospital while the incident is being investigated, police said.
