Solukhumbu, May 13: Two foreign nationals have died on the way back from climbing Mt. Everest.
Swiss climber Abdul Waraich (40) and American Puwei Liu (55) died while returning.
Khum Bahadur Subedi, president of the Trekking Agency Association of Nepal (TAAN), said on Thursday that they slipped and fell on the way back.
According to TAN chairman Subedi, a team of 130 people had gone for the ascent a month ago. They had gone via Seven Summit Travel Agency.
