Schools in Pokhara allowed to open from Friday Reporter

Pokhara: Pokhara Metropolitan City Education Committee  has allowed all schools of Pokhara valley to re-open schools following the health protocols from September 17.

The committee has asked to operate the school only after completely cleaning the classrooms, furniture, toilets, means of transportation and school premises.

It has been said that different classes can be conducted on different days if there is difficulty in maintaining physical distance in schools with large number of students. Masks, soap, water and sanitizer have been made mandatory in schools.

A notice issued by the metropolis has said that prayers, sports and other crowded programs should not be held in the schools.
