Price of petrol and diesel hiked, cheaper in Pokhara than in Kathmandu

Pokhara, June 30:  Nepal Oil Coroporation (NOC) has increased RS 5 per litre in the price of petrol and RS 2 each per litre in the price of diesel and kerosene.

The increase price will come into effect from Tuesday’s midnight.  As per the new price petrol will be sold for  RS 100.50 in Pokhara (RS 101 in Kathmandu) and diesel along with kerosene will cost RS 86.50 (RS 87 in Kathmandu).

Consumer in Kathmandu has to pay 50 paisa more per litre in all the fuels than the consumer of Pokhara.

While the fuel in Pokhara is dearer by 50 paisa than of price in Mahendranagar, Nepalgunj Birgunj and Dhangadhi.
