Pokhara, May 4 : The ‘new-normal’ life has been affected in Lake city since this morning due to 11 days lockdown called by District Administration Office (DAO), Kaski.
Except the grocery shops that were allowed to open from 5am-9am, all others shops were closed. All the private and public vehicles are out of the street. Ambulances are allowed to carry patient and only one relative.
Police personnel are seen on roads inquiring the people roaming on street without any emergency works.
The DAO has called lockdown until the mid-night of May 14 to curb the spread of COVID-19.
