Pokhara: Pokhara Metropolitan City (PMC) has started to demolish the former temporary traffic office at Prithvi Chowk for construction of ‘Pokhara House’.

A dozer was run on it to knock down today. An information center, library, art gallery and separate rooms for clock house (ghanta ghar) will be built in the 2 ropanis area.

Currently, the  DPR is underway, and the metropolis plans to construct the ‘Pokhara House’ within 2 years. The traffic post has already has been shifted to its own building.
