Kathmandu: Police have arrested and made public the accused of mass murder in Tinkune, Kathmandu.
Police said that Sanjay Bhandari, who lives in Sindhupalchok, was involved in the incident.
Sanjay was arrested during the investigation with the help of CCTV footage after the mass murder on Friday night.
After his arrest, he wrote in English script “I Killed Four People” on a piece of paper. He is said to be as deaf and dumb.
He was arrested from Pepsicola while preparing to go to Sindhupalchok. Police said that he could not speak and had passed class 12 in sign language.

It has been found that the accused killed Nabin Rai due to dispute related to bike accident.
A few days ago, Sanjay was injured in a collision with a bike driven by Naveen in Chabahil.
On Friday night, Sanjay reached saw mill where Nabin used to live. After some dispute, he took out the khukuri from his bag and killed him.
He also confessed that he killed three more people living downstairs for fear of being found out. The 3 others who were killed are Kumar Bhujel, Ambika Bhujel and Sumitra Bhujrl
