Pokhara, May 6 : The Kaski district administration has taken action against shops after finding high price tags and low quality during monitoring in Pokhara.
The administration had monitored eight shops in Pokhara on Thursday to test the price, quality and purity.
Assistant Chief District Officer Krishnachandra Poudel informed that fine of Rs 10,000 was imposed on one of the eight shops inspected for failing to provide license. He said that the remaining stores, suppliers and food shops have been instructed to immediately rectify the minor errors observed during the monitoring.
