Former Prime Minister and Naya Shakti Party Nepal Coordinator Dr Baburam Bhattarai has said that development and prosperity was his party’s key agenda.
At a programme organised by his party in Galkot of Baglung on Sunday, Dr Bhattarai said that prosperity was not far away if actions were forwarded with new plans in the country that has huge means and resources.
On a separate context, the former PM said that Mid-hill Pushpalal Highway has opened the tract for the prosperity of the hilly region.
On the occasion, he claimed that incumbent government was promoting activities to encourage corruption instead of curbing corruption.
Three of the five people, who died after a passenger bus heading towards Kathmandu from Kakarvitta of Jhapa met with an accident and fell into the Trishuli river this morning, have been identified. Of them four died on the spot while one died on the way to hospital, police said.
