Pokhara: The postponed counting of votes in Pokhara has resumed. The counting, which was postponed for seven hours, was resumed after an agreement was reached.

In Pokhara Ward 18, the agitation started by recalling the delegates from the polling station after the CPN-UML filed a petition demanding recount. The counted votes and casted vote were not matched.

After that, the counting of votes in Pokhara 22, 32 and 33 was stopped for seven hours. Chief Election Officer Shrikrishna Bhattarai had said that the recount would be resumed after the office agreed to take serious action in the matter.
