Kathmandu: A total of  11,352 new cases of COVID-19 were reported in the country in the past 24 hours. This is highest ever single day case since the corona hit the nation.

The new cases were confirmed from 23,409 samples tested during the same period. Four deaths were recorded today taking the national death toll stands at  11,628.

Likewise, 613 infected ones were recovered in a day. Currently, the number of active cases stands at 47,929.
